6-20-2013 – Win Capital Group, LLC has acquired a 250 unit Multi-Family and hotel property in Orlando. The $13M property was acquired through a subsidiary of Win Capital Group (Empire Acquisition Holdings, LLC). Even though the multi-family and hotel complex is in excellent structural condition, the firm plans to invest substantially in updating and improvement in the appearance of the property.
